On Wednesday, February 22nd, my story “Transfer Day Magic” was released by Less Than Three Press! It’s part of their Valentine’s Day short story collection, Kiss Me Quick!

KMQ - Transfer Day Magic

Valentine’s Day could not possibly get any worse for Simeon. Half-gargoyle, he is used to being rejected for his inhuman appearance, used to being alone. The one time he fell in love, that lover ran. Now the last memory of that lover, the dream house Simeon had hoped to turn into their home, has been bought by a different couple. Finished casting the spells he was hired to place on the house, Simeon must finally hand it over to the happy couple—a couple that proves to be his former lover and a beautiful woman.

Kiss Me Quick is a collection of short and sweet stories from authors familiar and new, celebrating the season of love. Come and enjoy these tales of misunderstandings, lonely singles, pining lovers, and so much more! Because if there is one thing that is never in doubt, it’s that LT3 knows the way to your heart, and these stories are a straight shot.

You can purchase “Transfer Day Magic” in LT3′s online bookstore for $1.49.

It’s also available as part of Kiss Me Quick: Bundle #4, and the Kiss Me Quick: Full Collection.

Tons of great authors wrote stories for this collection, so I’m quite excited to be in their company. I hope you enjoy “Transfer Day Magic” and the Kiss Me Quick collection!

It’s been a while since I updated here, but today’s news concerns Love & Wrath, First Times, and Things That Make Me Ridiculously Happy, and so I share it with you:

Today, Pixie of MM Good Book Reviews posted a review of Love & Wrath!

I’m so excited! My work has never been reviewed before (see: First Times), and this review was quite favorable (see: Things That Make Me Ridiculously Happy), so I suspect I’ll be on Cloud Nine* for the rest of the day. ^__^

*Why yes, I do use my time on Cloud Nine to write romance stories of the m/m and f/f variety. Isn’t that what all time is for? ^_~

Love & Wrath - LT3 Cover

Love & Wrath is available in paperback from the Less Than Three Press bookstore!

It’s 15% off for the next two weeks, too, so if you’ve wanted a hard copy, now’s the time to get it.

I added my Shousetsu Bang*Bang stories to the site. The original postings on SSBB are still linked under “Published Works,” but now you can find them here, too.

In other news, Sherlock is an amazing show! I’m on episode 3 of season 1 now, and am impatient for another season of this wonderful cast. ^_^

*Yes, I titled this entry with a Sherlock quote.

Love & Wrath is now available in ebook from Less Than Three Press! ^__^

Not gonna lie, I’m way excited to have work in their bookstore! The writers and editors at Less Than Three Press publish excellent m/m romances, and are passionate about the genre and publishing quality work within it. They’re also way fun people—quite personable—so don’t be shy about talking to them. Or me, really, as I adore feedback too, and promise not to bite unless you ask very nicely.

Onto the book!

The worst thing to keep from your lover is a secret…

Love & Wrath - LT3 CoverMallory is in love; his boyfriend Alex is all that he could possibly want, and the life they’re building together makes him happy—almost happy enough to ignore the fact that Alex is clearly keeping secrets. As close as they are, Mallory knows practically nothing about him. Alex travels a lot, and frequently comes home smelling of blood, reluctant to discuss his mysterious job. As Mallory has a secret of his own that he is loathe to share, he lets it go.

Until Alex comes home smelling strongly of magic, and Mallory’s need to know overcomes his desire to leave well enough alone and cling to happiness. But his need to know has unexpected consequences, and puts both of their lives in danger…

Warning! This story contains graphic violence.

Still trying to figure out how to manage the domain and hosting transition officially from my current host to here. But it will be done, because I’ve liked using the WordPress WYSIWYG to build this site. Also–not gonna lie–only needing to remember enough HTML and CSS to tweak is a relief.

Because posting is much easier now, I’ve gotten the Extras up: art of my characters, as rendered by much better artists than me. Do check it out!

The next step for the site will be posting the rest of the stories I’ve got elsewhere online, and adding snippets so the characters in the Extras art section will have story bits to ground them.

Banner aside, I think I’ve gotten this site to where I want it. This gives me great joy.

I hope you find it easily navigated and readable. If you find any typos, broken links, or anything else I’ve missed, do let me know. ^_^

Tinkering about with WordPress. Strongly considering switching the web site here, as it will be less expensive, and I won’t need to build from scratch anymore. Hm…

About Me
